allyson inspired by saw this post on apartmenttherapy: nursery a couple of months ago created her version using a stripa wall shelf and a sheet of acrylic.
"we had the acrylic cut at a local glass shop, and had them round the corners and drill three holes toward the bottom. we bolted the plastic through the pre-drilled holes in the shelf (we added one in the center for extra support) and attached the whole thing to the wall with a few L-brackets. it was so easy, and cost less than $30!"
