SWAT "Lynx" Special Purpose Center Rapid Reaction Force and Air Force (SPC SR) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation provides support to force the Interior Ministry of Russia to conduct special operations to free hostages, apprehend armed and dangerous criminals, combating banditry and terrorism.
