The U.S. and Singapore reached a preliminary agreement for stationing in the country four LCS class frigates. This will enhance the combat potential of the U.S. Navy in the Far East.
Both LCS-class ships, currently in service. The target is to be the 55, two competing types. They will allow the U.S. Navy for more effective implementation of tasks in the shallow coastal waters, including the implementation of tasks ZOP, fighting mine and support armies, to the European upodobniając multipurpose frigates.
